In the past I've released two tricks as competitions: The Exception and The Gift. Before I published both of those tricks, I released them as a competition (which ran for 1 month). The first person to guess the method was to be rewarded a sum of money (a $100 reward for one competition, and a $200 reward for the other competition).
Nobody won either competition. Here, I am releasing another competition (my third competition). Compared to the other two tricks, this trick isn't as hard to solve, so I genuinely expect there to be a winner this time. Hence why I've set the reward to $50 only. Entry is $5 and the first person to guess the method will be rewarded $50 via PayPal.
The moment someone guesses the method correctly, the competition will end. Each person is limited to only a single guess. If, however, there is no winner after 4 weeks, the competition will automatically end, and you will get to learn the method. So, regardless of whether there is a winner or not, you will learn the method.
Note: If you own my The Gift PDF, you will have an advantage in this competition. Because this trick is similar to The Gift from an effect standpoint.
